Our Leadership Team

Michael Merriman is the President and founder of Americor Investment Group, Inc. He has over 40 years of Real Estate Development, Management, Brokerage, Master Planned Communities, and Construction experience. Mike has developed and managed retail, office, and residential property. He has a broad knowledge of design, development, construction, management, sales, leasing, entitlements, and business management.

Bobby Raines is the Designated Broker and Vice President at Americor Investment Group. He began his career in real estate and construction in 1997. Bobby is a graduate of Arizona State University’s W.P. Carrey School of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate.

Tricia Olson is the Property Manager and Vice President at Americor Investment Group. Tricia has been with AIG since 2002, but literally grew up in Real Estate and Construction. She attended the University of Arizona where she studied Economics and Business Administration.
