Michael Merriman is the President and founder of Americor Investment Group, Inc. He has over 40 years of Real Estate Development, Management, Brokerage and Construction experience. Mike has developed and managed thousands of square feet of retail, office, and residential property. He has a broad knowledge of design, development, construction, management, sales, leasing, and business management.

Bobby Raines is the Designated Broker and Vice President at Americor Investment Group. He began his career in real estate and construction in 1997. Bobby is a graduate of Arizona State University’s W.P. Carrey School of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate.

Tricia Olson is the Property Manager at Americor Investment Group. Tricia has been with AIG since 2002, but literally grew up in Real Estate and Construction. She attended the University of Arizona where she studied Economics and Business Administration.

Brian Merriman is the Development Manager at Americor Investment Group. He has grown up in the family business and worked in the Development department since 2004. He studied Regional Development at the University of Arizona.

Anthony Borba is our Construction Project Manager with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Project experience includes; commercial, industrial and institutional projects such as school classroom buildings to residential projects ranging from high end custom homes to governmental HUD housing projects.

Kevin Iams is a Real Estate Specialist. He works hands on with brokers and prospective tenants through the leasing process. Kevin is a graduate of University of Advancing Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in E-Commerce.
